Puppy School

We offer Puppy Pre School classes to get the newest family member off to the right start in life. Puppy School was designed for young pups to meet the need for exposure and socialisation in a clean, safe and supervised environment.

Early socialisation is the greatest single reason for Puppy School. It allows pups to be confident and friendly to people and dogs in a foreign, controlled environment. It also gives the opportunity for your pup to be held and cuddled by people who may be different than what is in the home e.g. children or men with a beard etc.

Pups between the age of eight and eighteen weeks are most welcome but all must have the appropriate vaccinations for their age. This is to maintain the health and well being of all participants.

Topics covered include:
Socialisation Activities
Vaccination, Flea & Worming Advice
Preventative medicines
Desexing & Microchipping
Diet Advice
Basic Obedience and Behavioural Issues

Classes are run by Sylvie Martin of Crosspaws and assisted by one of our staff members at the Greensborough Veterinary Hospital on Wednesday evenings between 8pm & 9pm over 4 weeks.

To make a booking or for further information please contact the Greensborough Veterinary Hospital on 9435-3333. Places do fill quickly so advanced bookings are recommended.
